Terms and Conditions

1. General

  1. Bagrecha Computer provides computer hardware, software, and repair services.
  2. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Terms may be updated without prior notice. Please check regularly for changes.

2. Product Sales

  1. All products are sold as per the warranty mentioned on the invoice or the manufacturer's policy.
  2. Product images shown are for representation only. Actual products may vary.
  3. No return/exchange once the product is opened or used, unless defective under warranty.

3. Warranty

  1. Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and is covered by the manufacturer or supplier.
  2. Physical damage, burns, liquid damage, or improper use voids the warranty.
  3. Warranty claims require the original invoice and packaging.

4. Service and Repairs

  1. Estimates for repair work are provided before servicing begins.
  2. Customer data backup is the client’s responsibility. Bagrecha Computer is not liable for data loss.
  3. If a device is not collected within 30 days of service completion, storage charges may apply.

5. Software Installation

  1. Installation of licensed software only. The client must provide valid licenses.
  2. Bagrecha Computer is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized software use.

6. Payments

  1. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or service completion.
  2. Accepted payment modes: cash, UPI, bank transfer, or as per invoice terms.
  3. Late payments may incur a penalty.
  4. We also accept cheques . Before giving payment, please contact the owner for the cheque policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products within 7 days.
  2. Refunds are processed only if the item is defective and cannot be replaced.
  3. The return policy is to apply for a product guarantee. If the customer has talked with the owner about applying for a guarantee on that product, then only the return policy or refund policy applies.

8. Liability

  1. Bagrecha Computer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
  2. Liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.

9. Customer Responsibility

  1. Customers must provide accurate details while placing orders or requesting services.
  2. Tampering or third-party servicing during warranty voids all responsibilities from our side.
