Terms and Conditions
1. General
- Bagrecha Computer provides computer hardware, software, and repair services.
- By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Terms may be updated without prior notice. Please check regularly for changes.
2. Product Sales
- All products are sold as per the warranty mentioned on the invoice or the manufacturer's policy.
- Product images shown are for representation only. Actual products may vary.
- No return/exchange once the product is opened or used, unless defective under warranty.
3. Warranty
- Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and is covered by the manufacturer or supplier.
- Physical damage, burns, liquid damage, or improper use voids the warranty.
- Warranty claims require the original invoice and packaging.
4. Service and Repairs
- Estimates for repair work are provided before servicing begins.
- Customer data backup is the client’s responsibility. Bagrecha Computer is not liable for data loss.
- If a device is not collected within 30 days of service completion, storage charges may apply.
5. Software Installation
- Installation of licensed software only. The client must provide valid licenses.
- Bagrecha Computer is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized software use.
6. Payments
- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or service completion.
- Accepted payment modes: cash, UPI, bank transfer, or as per invoice terms.
- Late payments may incur a penalty.
- We also accept cheques . Before giving payment, please contact the owner for the cheque policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products within 7 days.
- Refunds are processed only if the item is defective and cannot be replaced.
- The return policy is to apply for a product guarantee. If the customer has talked with the owner about applying for a guarantee on that product, then only the return policy or refund policy applies.
8. Liability
- Bagrecha Computer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
- Liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.
9. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate details while placing orders or requesting services.
- Tampering or third-party servicing during warranty voids all responsibilities from our side.
