1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer Standard, Express, and Same-Day (local) shipping options.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Local (within city) – 1–2 business days
    • Domestic (within India) – 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping – 1–3 business days (extra charges apply)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping is available on select products or orders above ₹50,000 (T&C apply).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via SMS/email.
  • You can track your package on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

5. Delays and Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect addresses.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, we will inform you promptly via phone or email.

6. Packaging

  • All products are securely packed with protective material to prevent damage during transit.
  • Fragile items like CPUs, Monitors, and Peripherals are double-checked before dispatch.

7. Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship across India only.
  • For bulk or institutional orders, please contact us directly for special arrangements.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate and issue a replacement or refund as per our policy.

9. Change of Shipping Address

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is dispatched.
  • For changes before dispatch, contact us immediately .
