1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
Bank Transfers/IMPS/NEFT
Cash Payments (In-store only)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select locations and products
2. Advance Payment
All online or phone orders must be paid in full before dispatch, unless COD is selected.
COD is available on limited products and may include a small handling charge.
3. Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
In case of any delay or payment failure, please contact us immediately.
4. Payment Security
Digital payments are processed through secure and verified channels (UPI/Bank apps).
We do not store your payment information or account details.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
COD orders cancelled before shipping will not be charged.
6. Disputes & Issues
For any incorrect payment deductions or disputes, please reach out with proof of transaction.
We will verify and resolve genuine cases promptly.
7. Partial Payments
We do not accept part payments for individual items.
For bulk or special orders, part payments may be discussed directly with management.
8. No EMI or Financing
As of now, we do not offer EMI or finance options.
We are working to introduce these features in the future.
